University of Texas at Austin Moot Corp Competition will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York City's Times Square to celebrate the winner of the 2009 Global Moot Corp Competition, Novophage Therapeutics.

In honor of the occasion, University of Texas at Austin Moot Corp representatives and the founders of Novophage Therapeutics, the 2009 Global Champion, will preside over the Opening Bell.

University of Texas at Austin is a NASDAQ OMX Educational Foundation partner.

About the Moot Corp Program:

Begun at the University of Texas at Austin by MBA students in 1984, the Moot Corp Competition is the oldest new venture competition in the world. The Competition provides graduate students with a chance to simulate the real world process of raising venture capital.
